Helping people has always been my passion.

Along with Clean By Nature, I also run a small before and after school daycare program. I created Clean By Nature hoping to help people and also empower the women who work for me. I am not only dedicated to the health and well-being of my clients but also to the amazing women I work with.

In 2020, Clean By Nature has helped her loyal employees start and grow their own cleaning ventures. With my leadership, together we collaborate and support each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never had a cleaning service, how does it work?

With any frequency of cleaning you choose (weekly, biweekly, monthly, one time), the first-time cleaning will be a deep clean of the whole house. This initial cleaning will generally take about twice as long as your regular maintenance clean. We bring all our own cleaning supplies but can easily make accommodations if you have a preference of cleaning supplies we use. We are very flexible and are looking to make this experience an easy, comfortable and seamless one for you.

How does your cleaning plan work?

At Clean by Nature we provide a totally customized cleaning plan for your home or office. We will personally review each room you would like cleaned, list all required cleaning tasks for each room and provide a plan for what products will be used at each cleaning.

Do you require a contract?

No, you can start or stop your cleaning service at any time.

What are your hours of service?

We provide service residential cleaning during the day between the hours of 9am and 3pm. For businesses, we work between the hours of 5pm and 9pm Monday through Friday, or all day Saturday and Sunday. We do provide residential weekend services upon request.

What are your payment methods?

You may pay by check or cash. Payment is due at the time of cleaning but monthly invoicing is available by request.

Who does the cleaning?

Our team of cleaners are professional, honest, and “green clean” trained! Each of them are their own individual business entities. You will pay them directly but they take care of any withholdings or taxes. On occasion, we do provide back up for any illness. If there will be a change to who will be cleaning, you will be notified for prior approval.

Do I need to provide any cleaning products?

No, we will bring our own eco-friendly, non-toxic products to clean and sanitize your home or office, as well as supply our own vacuum cleaner if needed. If you prefer a certain product to be used other than what we would normally bring you can let us know and we would be happy to clean with the product you provide us with at each cleaning.

Do I have to be home during house cleaning?

Because we clean Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3pm most of our customers aren't home. We can arrange for a method of entry and lock up that is the most comfortable for you. We also do not mind cleaning while someone is in the home.

What area do you service?

We currently serve Saratoga and Schenectady Counties.

I’m concerned about COVID-19, what precautions are you taking?

Each team member takes their temperature at the beginning of each day. We would request that each client do the same. We do ask that any client please cancel their cleaning if they are presenting any symptoms related to COVID-19. We will wear masks if someone is in the home, and we ask that the clients do as well.
